Today is Tile Day....

Dennis cuts the tiles
for the floor and walls.
Grouting is next....
THEN the tub!!!!!
So by Christmas...
we should be soaking!!!!

Puppies....at 18 days old

The puppies have their eyes open....

They continue to thrive and grow.....

There is a Light At The End of the Tunnel.....

The dry wall is up where the old tub used
to be.....

This weekend we primed and painted the
walls and

the floor....ready for the tiles......

Summer Renos

Newly sided house with shutters.....

New improved side entry....no more
steep steps.....

Puppies Are Nine Days Old.....

The puppies continue to thrive....five fat sausages....

Their eyes will open in a few days.....

A New Litter

Dora gave birth to FIVE puppies....
three boys and two girls......

They are about two days old....all black like
their poppa Teddy....

Dora is a good momma....

Back in Reno Mode....

The blue bathtub is gone......it came out in
about a hundred pieces and now resides at
the Theodore Landfill....

The tall toilet is temporarily in the hallway...
a sub floor is being installed...

then tiles and the safety tub....

This could take a while.....

The New Roof

Emil is presently working on the last section

of the roof....we are making progress!!!!

And the Saga Continues.....

The old shingles from half the roof are ready
to be removed.....soon...hopefully tomorrow
the roof on the house will be complete!!!!!

Pantry doors....add a touch of class
to the kitchen reno....the pewter
light fixture helps to tie it all together!!!!

Garden is Growing....

It has been very dry in Saskatchewan this year....
the crops are practically non existent....in spite
of the lack of moisture and a late start the beans
and corn are begining to grow....no carrots....and
hardly any squash this year!!!! You never know.
The bramble berry patch looks as if it might produce
this year!!!!
